Reception Timeline

This timeline is an overall timeline for your reception. Your Photographer will likely also have a detailed photography timeline, your Caterer will have a food timeline, and your Music Vendor will have a music timeline for the reception. But these more detailed timelines cannot be built until your overall Reception Timeline is completed. It is best to go over this timeline with your Wedding Coordinator and with the Event Coordinator at your Reception Venue.
Download this Reception Timeline (click here for a pdf version in case you don't have Word on your computer) and edit it to include only those tasks that are applicable to your wedding. All weddings are different, so some won't apply plus you will need to add others that may not be included on our list. Print it out and file it in your 3-ring binder.
