Our Music Worksheet has been generated for a couple of reasons: 1) to give you a list of different elements of your Ceremony & Reception where a special song may be called for and 2) to help get you thinking about these kinds of music details. In case you want to complete this worksheet data electronically, we have included an Excel version of the Music Worksheet.
You will work with your Band or DJ in deciding what type of music, as well as which specific songs, to play at different times during the Ceremony & Reception. With our worksheet, you will be much more prepared to participate fully in these planning meetings. Please note that some songs have many versions that have been produced by a variety of artists. Be sure that you are getting the version that you want.
Print (or download) the Worksheet, enter as much information as you can, print it and/or save it to your electronic wedding folder, and file it in your 3-ring Wedding Binder behind your Music Tab.
