Wedding Budget Worksheet

Wedding Budget Worksheet - Use our handy downloadable Budget Worksheet to establish your wedding budget and then, to keep it on track. This worksheet is in an Excel format, so if you don't have Excel, or a compatable program, on your computer you won't be able to download it. But you can always print it out and enter your numbers by hand. Here is a pdf version of the worksheet for those of you wihout Excel.

Once downloaded, enter your Initial planned wedding budget numbers (in the Budgeted Amount column) and this Wedding Budget Worksheet will calculate your subtotals by category. It will also calculate out the percentage of your overall total each individual cost represents.

Later, as you firme-up the actual costs for each of your wedding categories, enter these actual numbers into the Actual Amount column. The worksheet will calculate the difference between the Planned Cost and the Actual cost.

If you are under budget in a particular category, you can add this found money to another category. If you are over budget, you will have to revisit some lower priority categories to find places to cut back so that you can stay on budget. - Central Coast Bride
