Paul was a pleasure to work with. The tasting was organized, professional, relaxed and yummy! We were looking for a fairly simple wedding cake that could be done really well and that's exactly what we got.
They have some unique and tasty filling blends and the cake was moist. We had 3 tiers and each was different. I loved the raspberry-lemon filling the best, but I really liked almost all of their options.
Paul was easily reachable via email or phone and was always helpful with any detail.
Our florist left fresh flowers on the cake table at set-up for them and FBandC did a wonderful job of arranging them on the cake.
Initially, I didn't see this place as a 'typical' wedding-specific cake place, but they delivered quality and everyone thought it was beautiful and very tasty.
I definitely recommend FBandC for wedding cakes! They are not snooty, they know their stuff, and they are delicious! |

Not only did our wedding cake look picture perfect but it tasted amazing. Our guests were more than impressed by our cake and not a single piece was left. Paul was so easy to work with and help us come up with a great look and perfect flavors for our summer wedding. We couldn't be happier! This is by far the best bakery on the central coast |

This was a beautiful wedding cake. I didn't want to cut into it. Once we did we were happy because the red velvet cake was delicious. I highly recommend this bakery for any event!!! |
