There simply are not words to express how wonderful it is to work with Colleen, but I am going to try anyway! My family first met her for my little sisters wedding in October of 2010 and it was love at first click! She was an absolute joy to work worth and as others have already said she has the most amazing knack for capturing unscripted moments, be they funny or tender, the images she captures lets our family relive a perfect day over and over again! We loved her so much that when it was time for my wedding I knew that Colleen had to be there...and when I discovered that she was already booked, I moved my wedding date. Because, yes, she is THAT amazing! Every time I look at my wedding photos its like experiencing the day I married my best friend again and again. My family and I are already crossing our fingers that Colleen Rosenthal will still be working her magic when my nieces get married! Colleen, you are a gem! If you are looking for the perfect photographer, you found her! |

I had the pleasure of working with Colleen Rosenthal and cannot say enough about her talent and love of photography. She gets so excited and you can tell that she really cares about your experience with her. Colleen made my first time taking photos with a professional photographer so easy and fun. To top it off, she sat down with me immediately after to review the images on a large screen in her office to narrow it down to the ones we liked the best. This was followed by an email with a link to my images in just a few short days. We interviewed Colleen for our engagement photos ten years ago -- and instantly loved her. Since that time she has become the unofficial professional Historian for our family, starting with our engagement, and including our wedding, parent's 40th wedding anniversary, business photos for both my husband, myself, and my mom, and most recently family photos of my entire local family that we used for our most recent Holiday cards. I have referred her countless times for weddings, business -- you name it! Why, you might ask? Simple! Colleen is probably the only person I know who truly LOVES her work. In fact, if she's humming, she's happy and she usually hums the entire time she's shooting. You won't even know that she's there at events. She had so much fun shooting our wedding that I think she stayed longer than even she had anticipated. Her photo of me placing the ring on my husband's finger was as though she was standing between us -- and she was at the back of our entire audience. AMAZING! She captures the moments you didn't even remember and I frequently return to all of our event photos just to be transported back to those moments. She is funny, smart, SO talented and an artist. And even our first business head-shots -- now more than 7 years old -- are still receiving compliments!! The new ones are even more fabulous! She will be my family historian until she stops shooting photos... which I hope will never happen.
