Sandra Ivany. Personable, warm, loving, and just simply, a fabulous Artist! These are a few things that come to mind when I think back on Sandra's impact on our recent elopement to Carmel-by-the-Sea California! If you are looking for someone who will use their artistic eye to perfection, Sandra is the wedding photographer in Carmel for you! (http://www.ivanyweddin...).
We found her from a simple web search... she was the first person who was willing to work with us so last minute! The wedding day turned out to be quite windy, so we decided to get some shots at our breathtaking hotel's courtyard, just in case the wind and sand on the beach would be an issue. 20 mins of photos before heading down to the beach, then she still got great... no, AMAZING pictures on the beach!! about an hour total, and everyone walked away more than happy. Thank you Sandra, You have made our memory complete... our walls are smiling now :) |

Sandra did a fabulous job photographing our wedding. We couldn't be happier with the way all the pictures turned out. In fact, the most difficult aspect of working with Sandra was picking the photos to include (and, conversely, not include) in the wedding album. She took almost 300 photos that were of sufficient quality to be considered for the album. We had to narrow that down to around 75. The resulting wedding album is a work of art. It's spectacular. We will cherish that album for the rest of our lives.
Sandra's photos are gorgeous, of course, with the requisite beauty shots of the bouquet, the cake, etc. But what sets her work apart from others is her ability to take photos that are not posed. Her photos are full of natural, sincere expressions of human emotion. She captured the true essence of our wedding which was the people who joined us. We relive our wedding every time we look at her photos because her photos don't just remind us of what happened, they remind us of how we felt and who we shared those special moments with. |
